Active Glossary provides the definition for any word or phrase (six words or fewer) that you select in a Help topic.
Using Indexing Service
Indexing Service creates indexes of the contents and properties of documents on your local hard
drive
and on
shared
network drives. You can also control what information is included in the indexes. Indexing Service is designed to run continuously and requires little, if any, maintenance.
